Traveling as Couple
The sink drains were broken and didn't drain water, the shower curtain rod was falling off, the shower knob was broken and could barely get it to turn on. Plus you had to pay 12 dollars a day to park in their garage. The only thing good about this room was the bed. Definitely not worth the price. ...read more

Effective for a downtown stay in SLC and very close to airport - in fact no need for specifically designated "airport" hotels.

Rooms were nice and staff helpful and friendly. The only complaint I have was when we checked in there was an empty plastic soft drink container under chair and after maid service following day it was still there. It was easy to see from across room, so apparently not much attention made by cleaning staff under furniture. The pool was clean but small. We had a great time. It was nice to be able to walk everywhere. We really liked Temple Square. The only negative was not knowing that there was a parking fee.

Traveling as Couple
The Radisson was not really quite what we expected, the cost kind of reflected the quality of the hotel. Considering what we paid, which wasn't very much, the hotel was a bargain, but when considering the quality of the hotel, definitely not that great. Our biggest issue was the fact that we had to pay $12 to park our car in the underground parking facility, which was not explained on the Radisson website. ...read more

This is a comfortable hotel in a great location. The staff was friendly and provided great customer service, resolving issues promptly. The Sleep Number beds are probably great if you like them, but I didn't care for them - reminded me too much of sleeping on an air mattress (which is essentially what it is). The location is excellent, situated near the center of downtown and right by the convention center. For those driving cars, please be aware (like many downtown hotels) there is no free parking. Also, if using their valet parking there is not a dedicated attendant during the day, rather you will need the front desk to call the attendant.
